Vincent has been filling his role as the Haunted Sawmill’s Chief Executive Ogre (C.E.O.) since he was an employee of the mill owned by Dorian Morris. Also known as Skullface, Vincent likes long walks on romantic beaches, Batman comics, Sweetarts, and his collection of sharp weapons featuring his beloved axe “Lizzie”. Vincent is a revenant which means that he is a tortured ghostly soul that comes back to life every Autumn to take revenge upon everyone that hurt his true love Louise, and anyone that dares to trespass upon the grounds of his Haunted Sawmill. Never one to shy away from attention, Vincent loves posing for photographs, conducting interviews and being the center of attention.   Vincent was born on Halloween. He hates giraffes, rude people and anyone with the last name of Morris. Vincent considers himself to be a “Spirt of Halloween” and a promoter of all things that are magical about the most awesome holiday of the year.

Kristin has been with the Haunted Sawmill since its inception in 2010.  She has one of the original founders of the Haunted Sawmill and is currently the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Vincent Foundation.   Kristin has been a key member of planning and promoting the Haunted Sawmill every year. Without her selfless giving and invaluable assistance the Haunted Sawmill would not enjoy the success that it has known. Kristin was reluctant to put on a costume and enter the haunt at first but she was bitten by the acting bug in 2014 during the “Arcane Asylum” and began playing an evil nurse. In 2015 her character “Phaedra Vrykolokas” was born when she joined Vincent on stage and was part of his band “Bloodlust”. Phaedra is an ancient vampire queen from Greece.  After she was turned into a vampire she drank the blood of her family and became a wealthy socialite who fed upon the unsuspecting villagers beneath her manor. Vincent recruited Phaedra to the Haunted Sawmill when he was traveling across Europe to gather more monsters. Phaedra and Buzz Buzz have been Vincent’s key lieutenants since they arrived at and began terrifying people at the Haunted Sawmill.  

Kristin will be reprising her role as the Queen of the Vampires this year and she has enlisted a whole coven of vampires to join her.

Luke has been a major part of the Haunted Sawmill since its first year when he helped out as a security guard.  Luke is one of those amazing people that helps out wherever needed and can be counted on to help carry the load.  Luke’s main character, “Twisted Tommy”, was born in 2014 as part of the “Arcane Asylum”. Tommy Turboglen was a janitor at Dr. Adrian Morris’ Arcane Asylum for the Criminally Insane.  He became a whistle blower when he witnessed the  evil doctors of the asylum, like Dr. Ivan Evansky and Dr. Henry Gouge, experimenting upon and torturing the patients.  When Vincent “John Doe” and Nurse Louise revolted and freed the inmates they allowed Tommy to stay there with some of the craziest patients. Tommy is now in charge of the clowns at the Sawmill. Luke also played the ringmaster “Barnabus Morris” during the Haunted Sawmill’s 8th year. As the charismatic and brash Ringmaster, Luke really got to show off the range of his acting talents.  

This year, Luke will be bringing Tommy back out of the mothballs and is looking forward to terrifying everyone with coulrophobia – the fear of clowns.

 Allyson was a regular guest of the Haunted Sawmill for years and finally joined the crew in 2013.  As a sassy and charismatic actress, Allyson has played all sorts of characters. She finally got her own named character in 2019 when “Ruby Morris” was introduced during “Unveiled Fairy Tales”. Ruby is the youngest of the Morris sisters.  After the death of her three older brothers, Dorian, Adrian and Barnabus, at the hands of Vincent Mudgett, Ruby swore that she would get revenge.  Ruby went to the Haunted Sawmill and found Malus, the evil entity at the heart of the building, waiting for her.  Malus and Ruby entered into a pact whereby they would torment Vincent by reincarnating his beloved deceased girlfriend, Louise, and get him to bring more victims to the Haunted Sawmill. When Malus grew strong enough from the fear and terror that he absorbed he would then kill Vincent for Ruby. After Vincent, Buzz Buzz and Phaedra defeated Malus,  Ruby was left without any partners.  

She quickly reformed her strategy and began playing up to  Vincent by saying, who better than someone with so much anger and hatred, to help scare people that dared to enter his building. Ruby still can’t wait to get rid of Vincent and reclaim her family’s building.  

 Hunter became an awesome addition to the Haunted Sawmill Scare Crew in 2017 and he has been making waves ever since.  Hunter’s passion for all things Halloween is only exceeded by his love for the Haunted Sawmill.  Hunter created his character, “Stitches Skinner” and introduced “sliding” to the haunt.  As a slider, Hunter wears metal kneed pads and padded gloves, comes running at the guests, and slides up to them, terrifying everyone in sight.  Hunter has been a key member of the haunt when it comes to construction and the design, and getting his own area of the haunt to work on and build.  “Stitches” as a clown and a strongman with Barnabus Morris’ traveling circus “the Nocturnal Carnival”.  He teamed up with Candie Kane and began slaughtering guests of the circus for fun and giggles. Vincent Mudgett liked Stitches style and kept him around the Sawmill.   

 Hunter’s shining moment may have came when he finally got to don the mask, carry “Lizzie” the axe, and become Vincent one night at the Haunted Sawmill. 

Dick Duginski is a stalwart member of the Haunted Sawmill Scare Crew and the elder statesman as a member of the Board of Directors for the Haunted Sawmill.  Dick has been acting at the Haunted Sawmill since the very  first season in 2011 when he was a truly terrifying lumberjack.   Dick is a philanthropist and spends much of his day helping out with one charity after another.  Dick is the President of the St. Vincent De Paul Foundation in Merrill.    Dick’s character, Buzz Buzz, quickly became a fan favorite when he was introduced in 2018.   Walking around the Sawmill saying nothing more than “Buzz Buzz”, the guests to the Haunted Sawmill all love this character.   Buzz Buzz was a  clown and a member of the traveling circus the “Nocturnal Carnival”.  

When Vincent defeated Barnabus Morris, Buzz Buzz became one of his loyal allies.  Buzz Buzz was instrumental in helping Vincent defeat Malus and reclaim the Haunted sawmill as his own.
